I seriously effed up my back this weekend. I have no idea what I did or how I did it but it lead me to the doctor's this morning. I'm off work until Wednesday (two day work week? Um YES PLEASE!) and I have to see a chiropractor. And no running/jogging for at least 7 days. After that, take it slow. Oh well. Lots of time to do light housework and catch up on the soaps, right?
